Janet K. Fish is a real estate expert with a passion for helping others create the life their dreams. A corporate trainer and sales executive for 25 years at companies such as IBM, Business Objects, and SAP, after the technology downturn in 2002 she left the corporate world and never looked back.
Her real estate journey began when she joined the Live Out Loud community where she met teachers, coaches and mentors who helped her make her own dreams come true. Entering the community owning only her personal residence, she was soon investing in single-family homes and over the years acquired a successful multi-million dollar portfolio that includes multi-unit and commercial properties as well as land -- all of which she still owns today. She credits her success to surrounding herself with the top experts as she learned, took action, and partnered with others.
To share what she'd learned, she began teaching and coaching at Live Out Loud. Guiding her new coaching clients, she recognized her deep passion for helping them make their dreams come true. All the while, she continued to develop her own expertise and success in real estate.
Today Janet's focus is on international land development and fractional ownership. For the past three years, she has participated in the prestigious Ragatz Associates' Fractional Interest Conference, where the thought leaders in resort real estate and the emerging market of fractional ownership meet to discuss and share best practices in marketing and development. A sought-after speaker on real estate, land development and fractional ownership, Janet is uniquely qualified to help you make your vacation-home dreams come true -- affordably.
